Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist with expertise in optoelectronics to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge optoelectronic products.
This Job is based in Hannover Region as a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist with focus on Optoelectronics.
You will be responsible for
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the optoelectronics market.
- Identify and engage potential clients including OEMs, distributors, and system integrators across key industries.
- Provide technical consultation, product recommendations, and customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and technical discussions to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align offerings with customer and market needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings.
- Continuously monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Optical, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Business or related field
- Experience in the optoelectronics or automotive industry is a plus
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Demonstrated success in sales, account development, and market expansion.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong results- and self- driven skills
- Motivated in learning new technologies and products
- Willing to travel
- Business fluent in English and Chinese, other languages is a plus
