Customer Service Representative / Test Assistant (m/f/d)

The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a part-time basis (30 hours/week), initially for a fixed term of one year in accordance with the German Part-Time and Fixed-Term Working Act (TzBfG) for the Life Service division in Hannover.

What we offer

Customer reception and support

• Telephone customer support
• Conducting psychological examinations as a test assistant
• Management and implementation of abstinence checks
• Order management, scheduling and tracking
• General administrative tasks (e.g., correspondence with authorities) in the commercial and medical fields.

Your profile

• Completed training in healthcare or comparable field
• Initial professional experience in administration desirable
• Confident use of common MS Office programs
• Friendly, confident, and articulate manner with our customers
• Organizational skills
• German level C-1
• Enjoy working in a team, ability to work independently
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to adjust working hours to the workload
• Willingness to work at other locations
