Intro

Wir suchen eine Fachkraft für Cybersicherheit mit fundiertem technischem Know-how und ausgeprägtem wirtschaftlichem Verständnis. Du hilfst uns dabei, unsere Wettbewerbspositionierung, unsere Kernbotschaften und unsere Materialien für die Marktbearbeitung in den Bereichen Cloud-E-Mail-Sicherheit, Microsoft-365-Sicherheit, Backup, Datensicherheit, Compliance sowie Governance, Risikomanagement und Compliance (GRC) zu schärfen.
Du gestaltest maßgeblich mit, wie wir unsere Lösungen gegenüber Wettbewerbern positionieren, unseren Mehrwert gegenüber Kunden und Partnern vermitteln und unsere Vertriebsteams für den Erfolg in stark umkämpften Märkten ausstatten.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du analysierst Wettbewerber in den Bereichen Cloud-E-Mail-Sicherheit, Microsoft-365-Sicherheit, Backup, Datensicherheit, Security Awareness, Compliance und GRC.
• Du entwickelst eine klare Wettbewerbspositionierung, kompakte Wettbewerbsübersichten für den Vertrieb (Battlecards), Leitfäden zur Einwandbehandlung und strukturierte Konzepte zur Differenzierung.
• Du übersetzt technische Produktfunktionen in wirtschaftlich relevante Nutzenargumente für CISOs, IT-Sicherheitsverantwortliche, Compliance-Verantwortliche, Microsoft-365-Administratoren und Teams im IT-Betrieb.
• Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement und Marketing zusammen, um konsistente Botschaften in Kampagnen, Website-Inhalten, Analystenbriefings, Partnerunterlagen und Vertriebsgesprächen sicherzustellen.
• Du wirkst an der Planung und Umsetzung einer Go-to-Market-Strategie für die Einführung neuer Funktionen und Produkte mit.
• Du entwickelst Schulungen und Workshops, die Teams mit kommerzieller Verantwortung helfen, das technische Umfeld und die Abgrenzung zum Wettbewerb besser zu verstehen.
• Gemeinsam mit Sales Engineering übersetzt du komplexe Produktfunktionen in einfache, überzeugende Erklärungen für Kunden.

Dein Profil

• Fundiertes technisches Verständnis von Cloud-E-Mail-Sicherheit, Microsoft 365, Cybersicherheitsarchitekturen, Backup, Datensicherheit und modernem Bedrohungsschutz.
• Vertrautheit mit Compliance, Governance, Risikomanagement, Datenschutz und Datensicherheit, Backup-Strategien, Geschäftskontinuität sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen, die für IT- und Sicherheitsteams in Unternehmen relevant sind.
• Fähigkeit, Wettbewerber zu analysieren und technische Unterschiede in eine klare, kundenrelevante Positionierung zu übersetzen.
• Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
• Fähigkeit, hochwertige Marketinginhalte, Materialien zur Vertriebsunterstützung und technische Inhalte sowohl für technische als auch für kaufmännische Zielgruppen zu erstellen.
• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend mit Produktteam, Marketing, Vertrieb, Sales Engineering und Customer Success zusammenzuarbeiten.

Nice-to-haves

• Beruflicher Hintergrund als Security Analyst, Security Engineer, SOC Analyst, Entwickler, technischer Berater, Backup-Spezialist oder Solutions Engineer.
• Erfahrung als Referent, beispielsweise bei Webinaren, Veranstaltungen, Podcasts, technischen Workshops oder Konferenzvorträgen.
• Kenntnis der Anbieterlandschaft im Bereich Cybersicherheit, insbesondere bei Lösungen für E-Mail-Sicherheit, die Sicherheit von Kollaborationsplattformen, Microsoft-Sicherheit, Backup, Datensicherheit und Compliance.
