DIL Engineering GmbH evolved from the DIL German Institute for Food Technology e. V. and its Special-Purpose Machinery and Plant Engineering division. The company is part of the DIL Group in Quakenbrück. We develop and manufacture machinery and equipment for our partners in the food industry and related sectors.
As specialists in innovative solutions for mechanical and plant engineering, we offer reliable technologies for safe and wholesome food. In addition to custom solutions in special-purpose machinery, we are experts in a wide range of high-voltage applications in food processing.
Your responsibilities:
- Active participation in development projects:
- Creating and maintaining CAD models as well as standard-compliant drawings of individual parts and assemblies
- Preparing technical documentation such as assembly instructions, layout drawings, and component overviews
- Creating parts lists and spare parts lists
- Managing and organizing technical data in the PDM system (Pro-File)
- Apprenticeship supervision with room for creativity:
- Guiding, supervising, and motivating our apprentices training to become Technical Product Designers (m/f/d)
- Supporting them with project work, report books, and exam preparation
- Helping shape the training framework and serving as a point of contact in day-to-day operations

Your Profile
- Completed training as a Technical Product Designer (m/f/d) / Technical Draftsman(woman)
- (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in technical design, ideally in special-purpose machinery construction
- Very good knowledge of a 3D CAD system-preferably Autodesk Inventor
- Apprenticeship training certification (AEVO) or willingness to obtain this qualification with our support
- Enjoyment of working with young people, a sense of responsibility, and team spirit
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
