For the next possible date we are looking for a technical administrator (m/f/d) in the field of construction and advertising technology to strengthen our team at the location Bremen in part-time/full time.
Your tasks:

• Reviewing, evaluating, and processing tender and contract award documents (public and private tenders)
• Preparing quotations, cost calculations and service specifications
• Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Technical clarification of project details in coordination with production, assembly and project management
• Support during the project process from the quotation phase to order placement
• Maintaining project and quotation documentation in the ERP system
• Communicating with clients, architects, site managers, and partner companies

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training or equivalent
• Experience in the building trade, advertising technology, metal construction, or facade construction is an advantage
• Confident handling of tender documents and service specifications (knowledge of VOB desirable)
• Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with an ERP system, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Technical understanding, structured working style, and strong communication skills
