For the next possible date we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Metal Processing in the area of Front Panels to strengthen our team in Bremen location in full-time.
Your tasks:

• Management and coordination of a team in metal processing specialized in front panels and housing parts
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets
• Implementation of quality assurance and application of quality management
• Planning and monitoring of production processes
• Continuous optimization of processes to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Collaboration in the development of new products and production technologies
• Further development of employees and the department

Your profile

• Completed technical training or comparable qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in metal processing, ideally with a focus on front panels
• Leadership experience and strong teamwork skills
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Good communication skills and ability
• Very good written and spoken German
