Quality Manager (w/m/d)

Your mission

  • As Quality Manager, you and your team are responsible for the quality management system in accordance with GMP/GDP, maintaining it and developing it further.
  • You will handle processes such as documentation, processing and tracking of quality-related events, e.g. complaints, deviations and CAPA measures (corrective and preventive actions), audits, creation of PQRs
  • You will contribute to the further development of the quality management system and assist in the creation and updating of quality documents, such as SOPs and work instructions.
  • You will accompany internal and external audits, assist with preparation and follow-up, and implement the requirements for audit processes.
  • You analyse quality deviations and support the development and implementation of measures for continuous improvement (CIP).
  • You will work on projects to optimise processes and quality assurance measures and take on responsibility for sub-projects.
  • You will assist in training employees on quality-related topics and promote a culture of quality within the company.

Your profile

  • You have a degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, biotechnology or a comparable subject. Alternatively, you have a background in natural sciences combined with relevant professional experience.
  • Ideally, you will already have gained some practical experience in quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a comparable position.
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
  • You are confident in using standard MS Office applications.
  • You are characterised by analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative.
