Your Tasks
Design, build and deploy complex Python applications
Work closely with Data Engineers, Scientists, Product Owners, Frontend Developers and other stakeholders to make sure we are building the right tools and experience for our customers
Work closely with our software architects to ensure scalability
Engage in problem solving and pursuit best practices within our agile teams
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and practices and challenge the status quo
Your Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Informatics, Science, Physics or similar
+4 years in developing software solutions in a professional setting, with a strong emphasis on backend or data-centric development
Professional experience in Python development as well as with Django & Flask frameworks
Professional experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL & SQL Server
Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Azure & Docker container as well as operating systems such as Linux
Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript-based frameworks and/or C# is a plus
Understanding of agile development (Scrum framework)
Fluent written and spoken English is a must, German is an advantage
