We are seeking a committed and motivated Logistic Project Manager to join our Technical Project Management and Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our growing project pipeline, ensuring deliverables, budget, and quality are met. You will work within a global team of 18 dedicated project managers and specialists focused on New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Plant Projects (NPP) within Offshore Operation Nacelles.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with a global team to support Nacelle factories (both onshore and offshore) by identifying areas for improvement in the production process and implementing effective strategies to enhance product quality.
- Inspection and Testing: Develop and apply robust methods to inspect, test, and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and regulations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and summarize quality performance data to prepare detailed reports, providing insights that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in collaboration with suppliers, production teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Documentation and Audits: Create and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including reports, manuals, and procedures, while managing audit findings to facilitate ongoing improvements.
- Best Practices and Standardization: Identify and implement best practices in quality management, leading or participating in standardization projects to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechanics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Proven technical knowledge with an understanding of specifications and drawings, along with experience working with SAP (preferably SRP and QM modules).
- Quality Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with APQP tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA) and problem-solving methodologies (8Ds, RCA) is essential.
- Language Skills: High proficiency in English (at least B2 level) and fluency in German (at least B1 level) for effective communication in a diverse working environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in Nacelle product and process knowledge, supplier quality management, and audits is valuable. Project management knowledge is also a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a continuous learning mindset.
