Job Description
In the role of the product manager agriculture and multi-purpose tires (MPT) you develop and implement the product strategy in accordance with the sales and marketing team. You observe market trends and translate OE & RE requirements into a product roadmap.
The main tasks are:
*Developing a product strategy
*Ensuring clear requirements and consistent interface management with RnD, Supply Chain and Manufacturing
*Maintaining our product portfolio considering the life cycle of our product lines
*Supporting preparation marketing materials for product communication
*Proactive observation of market and competitive landscape
*Support sales organization on Events and Fairs
Qualifications
*Academic degree (university of applied science or higher) is required
*Strong insight knowledge about Agriculture segment
*Professional experience in agriculture industry preferred
*Project Management experience preferred
*Working experience in product management or comparable functional areas preferred
*Strong customer focussed mindset
*Willingness to travel
*Effective internal and external communication skills
*Good knowledge of English both written and spoken
