You are actively working on the energy transition

• For our headquater in Osnabrück we are looking for a market-oriented Product and Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who will scout, detail and own the topics Energy Management, Energy Market Integration, Virtual Power Plants and develop market-level value cases as well as the overall business cases and (digital) business models to advance these topics.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects focused on battery integration
• Coordinate between internal teams (hardware development, software development, battery team, industrialization) and external stakeholders (battery manufacturers in China and Korea)
• Develop project plans, create management reports, and decision templates
• Support analytical and technical issues related to projects (e.g., requirement management, technical solution options)
• Resolve technical and operational challenges independently
• Coordinate project schedules and monitor goal achievement

Requirements

• Degree in economics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification; lateral entry from a relevant background is also possible
• Experience in product management desirable
• Ideally knowledge of inverter technologies and battery systems
• Very good analytical skills, a solution-orientated and structured way of working and a high level of self-motivation
• High degree of self-motivation, hands-on mentality and willingness to actively help shape the working environment
• Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a team, strong communication skills
• Very good command of written and spoken German and English, knowledge of French an advantage
