For our Global Transaction Center in the heart of Berlin, we are looking for a committed Key User - Controlling (m/f/d) with immediate effect. Your tasks:
Translate functional business requirements into technical system requirements (change requests)
Monitor and support development, testing, and implementation of change requests
Review, assess, and release documentation of functional system tests (UAT) for upgrades and enhancements
Documentation of business processes and process changes
Support the definition, implementation, and enhancement of roles and authorizations of related systems
Perform expert role within the team for a core process and/or system
Initiate and develop improvement processes and automation solutions and contribute to their implementation

Your profile

University degree in Accounting, Controlling or Information Technology
Professional experience in business operations (accounts payables, cost controlling, etc.)
Several years of professional user experience and advanced knowledge in the required SAP module (FI, CO, etc.) and additional functional IT systems (S/4 CPH, SolMan, xFlow, etc.)
Professional experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) organization highly beneficial
Fluent in English, additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Russian) beneficial
Results orientation, initiative and willingness to change
Assertiveness, hands-on mentality and the ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical, conceptional, and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
Digital mindset with strong focus on end-to-end business processes
