Die Aufgaben
- Gemeinsam mit dem Compliance/CSR-Team bilden Sie eine Stabsstelle, welche direkt der Geschäftsführung unterstellt ist
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben
- Nach innen und außen agieren Sie als zentraler Ansprechpartner für compliancebezogene Fragen und sorgen in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen
- Sie analysieren regulatorische Anforderungen und entwickeln in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen passende Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Gesetzeskonformität
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung interner und externer Regelungen, Normen und Standards
- Auch Tochtergesellschaften unterstützen Sie bei compliancebezogenen Fragestellungen
- Zudem unterstützen Sie das Team in folgenden Bereichen: Rechtskonforme Umsetzung komplexer CSR-Regulatorik (z. B. LkSG, EUDR, PPWR, CSRD, CSDDD)
- Implementierung von ESG-Klauseln in Lieferantenverträge sowie Bewertung und Monitoring von Lieferanten im Bereich ESG
- Bearbeitung von Meldungen aus dem internen und externen Hinweisgebersystem
Das Profil
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes natur-, wirtschafts- oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Compliance oder Recht sammeln; Berufserfahrung im Bereich CSR/Nachhaltigkeit ist ebenfalls von Vorteil
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für rechtliche Anforderungen, Vorschriften und Normen
- Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit, veränderte rechtliche Anforderungen in betriebliche Prozesse pragmatisch zu integrieren
- Sie zeichnet eine selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Weitblick aus
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Im Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen sind Sie routiniert
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe Eigenmotivation, eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und eine effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Eine crossfunktionale Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie besitzen Flexibilität, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und die Begeisterung dafür, ständig Neues zu lernen

Your mission
- Together with the Compliance/CSR team, you form a staff unit that reports directly to the CEO
- You are responsible for the implementation of and adherence to compliance requirements
- Internally and externally, you act as a central point of contact for compliance-related issues and ensure compliance with legal requirements in cooperation with other departments
- You analyse regulatory requirements and develop suitable measures in coordination with the specialist departments to ensure compliance with the law
- You monitor compliance with internal and external regulations, norms and standards
- You also support subsidiaries with compliance-related issues
- You also support the team in the following areas: Legally compliant implementation of complex CSR regulations (e.g. LkSG, EUDR, PPWR, CSRD, CSDDD)
- Implementation of ESG clauses in supplier contracts as well as evaluation and monitoring of suppliers in the area of ESG
- Processing of reports from the internal and external whistleblower system
Your profile
- You have a degree in natural sciences, economics or law or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in the areas of compliance or law; Professional experience in the area of CSR/sustainability is also an advantage
- You have a strong sense of legal requirements, regulations and standards
- You have the ability to pragmatically integrate changing legal requirements into operational processes
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You are familiar with all common MS Office applications
- You have a high level of self-motivation, a strong hands-on mentality and an efficient way of working
- A cross-functional way of working is a matter of course for you
- You have flexibility, communication and teamwork skills and the enthusiasm to constantly learn new things
