Terms of reference

• You will become alightweight construction specialist, make heavy things light and give shape to complex things
• You will learn how to manufacture ourfiber composite products
• You will build up a comprehensive understanding of thevarious materialsand the appropriate manufacturing processes
• You will learn how to set up, set up and operate machines. You will then be responsible for monitoring the entire production process and rectifying minor faults independently
• Another part of your training as a plastics and rubber technologist is thequality assuranceof the products you produce

Your profile

• Advanced secondary school certificate, intermediate school leaving certificate, advanced technical college certificate or general university entrance qualification
• Good knowledge of mathematics, physics and chemistry
• A keen interest in work and technology
• Knowledge of English an advantage
• Initiative, reliability and flexibility
• Good communication skills / team spirit
