Deine neue Aufgabe:
- Understanding business processes as a whole to correctly reflect business transactions in the financial records and reports (P&L, cash flow and balance sheet)
- Managing and supporting the team of accountants and ensuring that their work is done in a timely and correct manner
- Monitoring and controlling the company’s liquidity incl. payment transactions and bank accounts
- Carrying out preparatory bookkeeping and assisting in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns in cooperation with relevant parties
- Establishing and continuously improving departmental and financial reporting and processes overall
- Assisting with budget planning
- Preparing cash flow forecasts and performing cash flow analysis
- Preparing short-, medium- and long-term financial forecasts and their analysis
- Preparing any other financial reports and presenting key financial figures to the management team and other stakeholders if necessary
- Reporting directly to the CEO
Unsere Anforderungen
- Business fluent in English and German
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a German-based company with a manufacturing or accounting background
- Agile thinking outside the box
- Goal-oriented & hands-on approach, mentally mature, independent and flexible person
