Your role in our team
- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders
- Navigate in an Agile environment and continuously review the Agile process and collaboration
- Drive cross team collaboration and processes.
- Create and maintain a plan for building up collaboration, processes and progress control
- Be point of contact for questions by the team
- Be an active team member of the global distributed agile Team
- Enable and ensure close cooperation with other departments
Your profile
- What drives you is your curiosity and passion for innovative agile teams and solutions as well as your enthusiasm for developing future-oriented Industrie 4.0 products
- You have relevant experience in building up cross team collaboration and processes
- You have outstanding experience with agile development and project management methods.
- You have at least 3 years' experience in cloud product development or in digital or software product development
- When it comes to solving complex problems, you excel at creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking
- You have an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
- You have a proven ability to motivate teams in a matrix organization
- You understand complex IT or cloud systems and the challenges of cloud native SaaS solutions
- You have at least some experiences of software development in the regulated life sciences industry
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
