Over 165 years of KWS history began with growing Sugarbeet. Do you want to contribute on this success? Do you like to be responsible for sugar beet sales in the market of North Europe for the world market leader in the commercialization of Sugarbeet seed?
Start with us in fulltime and with an unlimited contract as our Regional Director (all gender) Sales Sugarbeet North Europe at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in Einbeck, Germany.
Your range of tasks will be:

  • Develop and implement the short-/mid-/long term Sales & Marketing strategy for the Business Unit Sugarbeet in North Europe (FI/SE/DK/LT/GB/NL/BE)
  • Contribute to the Strategic Planning processes of the Business Unit Sugarbeet
  • Profit & Loss responsibility (sales, gross margin, costs etc.) for the region North Europe
  • Responsible for local Country Managers in the Region North Europe, manage development of the teams and team members
  • Member of the company boards within the region and representative of the Sugarbeet business unit 's interests
  • Ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives in the corresponding markets in conjunction with Sugarbeet marketing and global marketing teams
  • Closely collaborate with other Regional Directors of KWS
  • Represent the Business Unit Sugarbeet in groupwide projects of KWS

Bring in your strengths:

  • University degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in economics with agricultural background/interest or in agricultural sciences/agricultural economics
  • Proofed leadership experience as well as agricultural and business management knowledge
  • Professional experience in international sales
  • Know-how in seed business preferable; experience with profit responsibility and budget control
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken; further language skills from the relevant countries will be an asset
