About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of production equipment across mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. You perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement improvements to optimize performance. In this role, you work closely with the Senior Maintenance Technician and report directly to Lead Maintenance & Reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Support equipment upgrades and technical projects
• Supervise external contractors
• Ensure compliance with GMP and SHE standards
• Participate in on-call and shift rotations

Requirements

• MBO 4 in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Control Technology
• VCA and NEN 3140 certified
• Experience in maintenance (pharma or food industry preferred)
• Strong technical reading and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English
