We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our global HR team. As an HRBP, you’ll work closely with the Senior Global HRBPs, managers and employees in EMEA to provide day-to-day HR support, contribute to HR projects, and help drive initiatives that strengthen our people and culture. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional with a strong generalist background who is eager to take on broader business-facing responsibilities and continue growing into a strategic HR role.

Human Resources Business Partner (all genders)
Your future tasks:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics, including talent attraction, performance management, employee development, and employee relations.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for your business area in close coordination with the Talent Acquisition team-including needs assessment, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and offer recommendations.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and formal reviews.
- Partner with HR colleagues to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, learning and development or reward practices.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
- Support organizational change efforts such as team restructures, role transitions, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and support informed decision-making.
- Manage employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and alignment to company values and policies.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with internal policies and applicable labor laws.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HRBP or similar HR generalist role.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to build trust and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and German.
