You want to work with the internationally leading CRM platform Salesforce and deepen your intercultural skills in rollout and development projects? You find working with customer data exciting and want to actively shape the customer journey?

Then you have just come to the right place - as our future Expert Salesforce CRM & Customer Analytics (m/f/d) being part of our Global Marketing and Communications department. In this role, you will work in an international team on the rollout of the Salesforce platform, manage further developments of the global Salesforce CRM landscape and play a key role in analyzing our customer data.

The vacancy is permanent and available in full-time.
The place of work is at our HQ of KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA at the location Einbeck, Southern Lower Saxony.
Your New Tasks:

  • Further development and rollout of functions within the global Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud).
  • Design and management of the customer journey, the CRM core business processes and implementation of the processes in Salesforce-based IT solutions
  • Development of system optimizations and innovation proposals
  • Conduct CRM & marketing analysis to establish best practices, increase user adoption and improve data quality
  • Conducting trainings and providing guidance to the international community
  • Provide segmentation for specific interaction with selected customer groups
  • Analyze patterns for cross-selling and upselling across business units and markets
  • Perform marketing analysis to optimize the impact of communications and campaigns

Your Profile

  • Academic degree in marketing, analytics, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Proven experience in project management; desirable: experience in agile project management such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • very good user skills in dealing with CRM solutions; preferably in Salesforce Cloud (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) projects
  • first experience in the field of CRM and marketing analytics is an advantage
  • very good communication skills with different target groups
  • excellent customer and service orientation
  • desire and willingness to familiarize yourself with the field of life sciences - agriculture
  • fluent English skills (written and spoken)
