Become a consulting partner for our customers in the field of sales of organic farming!
As Area and Sales Consultant (m/f/d) Organic Seed you will be responsible for the continuous development of our customer portfolio and actively contribute to the sales strategy of the Organic KWS products. We offer you an unlimited full-time contract at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA. This exciting position is open-ended and full-time.

The following is your responsibility:

  • Advising and supporting large regional customers in organic seed and acquiring orders.
  • Optimization and maintenance of the CRM systemEnsuring, implementing and optimizing the information offer (e.g. field days, lectures, etc.) on site
  • Cross-product exchange in the area of support as well as internal project work Collaboration in the processing of complaints for organic seeds
  • Support & collaboration in marketing activities
  • Collection of market data and preparation of potential analyses
  • Implementation and optimization of events on site
  • Visitor support at KWS locations

Contribute your strengths:

  • Ideally completed studies in agricultural sciences or corresponding training with professional experience and a high affinity for organic seeds
  • Good plant cultivation expertise and experience in the sale of organic seed and in practical organic agriculture
  • Network in the field of organic agriculture and local knowledge in the region
  • You always have your ear to the market and customers
  • You always keep the overview and act with an open and empathic nature in a level-headed, obliging, customer-oriented and determined manner
  • You are creative and innovative, love to work independently and are good at organizing and planning
